Ben Arnold has been making some of the most soulful sounds in and around the Northeastern United States and parts of Europe for more than 20 years. Originally from Pittsburgh, Ben was in the first graduating class of Philadelphia’s High School for Creative & Performing Arts and continued his education at Berklee College of Music and Philadelphia College of Performing Arts (now U Arts). A talented songwriter, pianist, guitarist and vocalist, and a well-known presence in the Philadelphia music community and beyond, Ben has released several terrific solo albums, including last year’s Circle Round the Sun, and also recorded and performed as a member of the bands US Rails, Pistol For Ringo and 4 Way Street. Ben also teaches music at The Crefeld School in Philadelphia and has mentored kids from the underserved areas of West and North Philadelphia under the banner of The Music & Mentorship Program.
