The Main Line School of Rock is a performance school that offers individual and group lessons. In the Performance Program, students learn harmonies, musicianship and how to perform in an authentic rock show environment. Our shows each center on a theme, and the students spend time delving into the catalogs of certain artists, styles and periods of rock music.
Delta Squad (the school’s house band) is comprised of students who have successfully passed an audition process, and therefore is made up of students who are the schools’ best musical representatives. This group of kids have excellent stage command, perform publically regularly and know how to work a crowd! They play a variety of different rock music, including everything from classic rock giants Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and the Rolling Stones to newer bands such as Kings of Leon and Radiohead.
