All Booth Vendors must submit this completed Application with payment to secure Booth Space. Application does not guarantee space. Applications not accepted will be returned with full refund.
General Information – The 2nd annual Haverford Music Festival will be a day of FREE outdoor live music on multiple stages in the heart of Havertown. Last year, we had a fun filled day for about 7,000 music lovers and this year we expect 10,000 attendees. Proceeds from sponsorships and Booth Vendors benefit the Haverford Civic Council.
Vendor Opportunity – The Haverford Music Festival features Booth Vendor space on Darby Road and East Hathaway Lane adjacent to stage areas. Vendors may sell their goods for cash or credit at prices determined by the Vendor. Vendors book a 10 ft by 10 ft space and must provide actual booth, canopy or cover, tables, chairs, products, materials, power supply, cooking supplies, labor and all other items for the complete successful operation of the self contained booth. Selling or distributing products or literature outside of the Vendor Booth is not permitted.
All materials and goods sold or displayed in Vendor Booths must be appropriate for all ages. Styrofoam and glass containers are prohibited. Recycle-friendly wrappers and containers only.
After You Submit – Your application does not guarantee you a Vendor Booth. A limited number of Vendors in each category will be granted Booth Vendor space. When we receive your completed and signed Booth Vendor Application, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. If you are approved, you will be assigned a booth location. The Haverford Music Festival reserves the right to refuse Booth Vendor Applications for any reason without notice. Violation of Vendor Rules on the day of the event will be cause for immediate shutdown of the Vendor Booth with NO REFUND. Booth Vendors agree to hold harmless Haverford Music Festival, Haverford Township and their representatives for any damages caused by actions or neglect.
