The Haverford Music Festival expects attendance of over 10,000 people. They will include your neighbors and music lovers who come from across Havertown, the Main Line, and the surrounding region, ready to enjoy all that Haverford Township and the Festival marketplace has to offer. It is a terrific opportunity to expose your business to thousands of new customers!

Our stages, near Darby and Eagle Rds. in Havertown, will headline national acts plus feature original music from over 16 artists, playing Jazz, Rock, Pop, Folk, Country and Blues! There will be food booths and trucks, vendors, kids’ activities, a beer and wine garden, and fun for the whole family. 

We are reaching out to local businesses to participate as sponsors, vendors or to simply make a donation to help make the music festival a success. The Haverford Music Festival is produced using no taxpayer dollars. We need your support to keep the festival a free admission event.

It’s back! Crafters’ Corner

We had such a big success with Crafters’ Corner last year, we are bringing it back in 2025!
We are looking for local artists and makers of all mediums, including (but not limited to) handmade, original art and crafts; unique products designed and produced in small quantities; and Vintage or up-cycled items. Exhibitors will be chosen based on the quality, uniqueness and craftsmanship of their work. ​No resellers of commercially-made goods.

Reserve your space by completing the form. $150 Includes 6’ table space under a shared (provided) tent. You bring your own physical table and chairs.

We invite non-profit groups to promote their endeavors. Reserve your space by completing this form and returning it to HMF. HTEAMS reserves the right to limit the number of participating non-profit groups. No religious or political groups are allowed to receive free non-profit booths.
