Help HTEAMS to keep bringing free, high-quality music to Havertown!
HTEAMS runs the critically acclaimed Haverford Music Festival, an annual, free-admission community and regional event.
The 12th Annual Haverford Music Festival returned on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at the intersection of Darby Road and Hathaway Lane in Havertown, PA. Over 16 music acts performed on our stages, plus our attendees got to experience great food, beer and wine garden, activities for the kids and fun for the entire family!
HTEAMS Board President Jesse Hubley reflected, “It was amazing to see so many friends and neighbors from our community, alongside music lovers from the surrounding region, turn out for our 12th Annual Haverford Music Festival. I was filled with emotions seeing the many hours of hard work of our all-volunteer organization coming to fruition in this great event .”
“HTEAMS, and in turn, the Haverford Music Festival, is funded solely by sponsorships and donations from generous people and businesses from in and around our community. We could not do it without you! ”

The Haverford Township Music Fesival is a fundraiser to support not only this great annual event but also worthy Haverford Township organizations and projects. To date, proceeds from The Haverford Muisc Festival have been used to award grants of over $100,000, to such non-profit community groups and programs as the Haverford Township Free Library, Music Works, Tree Tenders, the Adult School, Haverford Partnership for Economic Development, The Grange Estate and many others. We’re grateful to the non-profit Haverford Township Civic Council for organizing and supporting our first several Festivals, and now look forward to continue our fundraising under the auspices of the recently established non-profit Haverford Township Education, Arts & Music Society – or HTEAMS for short — not only to continue the annual Haverford Township Music Fesival but also to help maintain the quality of life in our great community!
Haverford Township Music Festival awards grant to the Haverford Jazz Residency Campaign
Haverford Township Education, Arts & Music Society (HTEAMS), the producer of the Haverford Township Music Festival, has awarded the Haverford Jazz Residency Campaign a $1,000 grant, made possible by proceeds from the 10th Annual Festival held last August.
Remarks HTEAMS President Jesse Hubley, “The Haverford Township Music Festival is a family music festival that strengthens the cultural identify of Haverford Township and serves as the primary fundraiser for HTEAMS. A portion of proceeds from the festival is distributed as grants to organizations and projects that enhance the quality of life in Haverford Township. The Haverford Jazz Residency Campaign certainly meets those criteria.”The goal of the Haverford Jazz Residency Campaign is to annually fund an artist-in-residence program for the jazz students of the School District of Haverford Township. The artist-in-residence visits the school district throughout the year, closely working with the students and directors of the music department’s five jazz ensembles, developing an educational and musical rapport with the students and directors while teaching, inspiring and performing alongside the students. The Haverford Jazz Residency Campaign is overseen by Michael Fein, Music Department Co-Chair and Music Technology & Jazz Educator, Haverford High School.
Mr. Hubley and HTEAMS Vice President Lauren Braun presented the grant on Tuesday evening, May 9th 2023, to Mr. Fein and student jazz musicians at the High School Bands & Jazz Bands Spring Concert held at Haverford High School.
From 2010 to 2018, The Haverford Township Music Festival was the fundraiser for the 501c3 non-profit Haverford Township Civic Council. Net proceeds from sponsorships, vendors and donations benefited non-profit member groups in Haverford Township such as the Haverford Township Free Library, MusicWorks, Tree Tenders, the Adult School, Haverford Partnership for Economic Development, The Grange Estate, The Havertown Rotary and others.
